HydraGlow Return & Exchange Policy

At HydraGlow, your skin and satisfaction are our priority. While we aim to deliver high-quality products every time, we understand that issues may occasionally arise—and we’re here to support you.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, a 3-day goodwill exchange is available if:

  • Product is in original packaging
  • Seal is completely intact
  • Product is unused and unopened

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Item is out of stock after purchase
  • Verified major manufacturing defect

Conditions:

  • Item must be returned sealed within 3 days
  • Shipping charges and promotional discounts are non-refundable

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Report via WhatsApp within:
    • 48 hours (wrong item)
    • 3 days (damaged item)
  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging

Resolution:

  • Once verified, an exchange will be arranged
  • For incorrect items, replacement is free (if unused and sealed)

4. Skin Reactions

If you experience any skin-related concerns:

  • Report within 7 days of delivery
  • Share clear images of the affected area + product details via WhatsApp

Our team will review and provide a suitable resolution.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Clearance sale items or purchases from third-party sellers
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Items with broken seal or signs of use

6. How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact HydraGlow Support via WhatsApp or email
  • Share your order details + reason for request
  • Once approved and the original item is returned, the replacement will be dispatched

Note: Customers are responsible for any re-delivery shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly (within 24 hours).

To cancel:

  • Send request via WhatsApp or email
  • Include your order details
  • Request must be submitted before order processing
